Want to step on stage?
Competition prep is a bespoke coaching service, tailored to each clients unique needs in order to get them stage ready from diet and training to posing and show day guidance.
Our team has a 95% placing record, with most of our clients achieving top 5 results.
Posing coaching
£50-£170, singular sessions to packages.
Posing coaching is exclusively to learn how to pose on stage, for Bikini, Wellness and Fit Model across multiple federations.
It is tailored to each individual client and their needs, whether they are seasoned athletes or complete first timers.
Sessions vary from 30 mins to an hour, and are available in-person or online.
